أخي العزيز الشاعر محمد سمير..
قرأتُ نصك الجميل هذا فوجدتُ نفسي أترجمُه إلى الإنجليزية كي يستمتع به غير العرب كما استمتعتُ به أنا.. هكذا:
The Second Birth
By Mohamed Sameer
Translated By Abdellatif Rhesri
Since the day
The nails of my maniacal love
Have been thrusted
Into the plies of your heart
You have kept telling me
"Now I realize
That man could be born twice
So, I will never regret the past
Of my own lifetime
That was wasted
In lack of love
Lack of roses
Lack of warmth
Lack of anything
Except for a draft of memoirs
Then, you have screamed
O darling
When the virginity
Of your heart
Got deflowered
And we were driven
To the point of outrage
Words died on our lips
Which were brought together
To conceal a cloud of love
Where two lovers
Were busy forging
The jargon of maturity
And the yards of their two bodies
Resounded with the neigh
Of the mares of passion
It was the moment of birth
Preceding our subconscious existence
Towards the realm of consciousness
Where we would live off the events
Through our warm words
Through the unification
Of our souls and bodies
Into an icon
That began to cast light
Onto our pathways
So that our bright destiny
Could loom large in the horizon
O dawn-lit-faced one
O my golden-coloured banana sweet
O my fair-skinned pretty lady
Pour your liquor
Into my own blood
So that I can wander
And fall in love with addiction
And delirium
In your pelvic sanctum
On clear moon-lit nights
On your cherished birthday
I have allowed myself to wallow
Onto the sanctuary
Of a nice alabaster neck
So that I could drowse
through the spell of femininity
And get overwhelmed
With deep sleep
